Generation Trade will honor claims for damages or defects within a specified timeframe from the date of purchase. To initiate the process, please click the link below.

Please complete and email this form back to office@generationtrade.com for pre-approval and processing. GTI retains the right to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any products that are considered damaged or defective.

If the product arrives damaged, kindly submit digital photos for review. Please ensure that items remain in their original packaging and refrain from writing on the package.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

No merchandise returns will be accepted without prior approval from Generation Trade, Inc.

GTI is not responsible for damage caused by customer misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • There are no returns or exchanges on new merchandise in good condition.
  • “Close Outs” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Claims for defective merchandise or missing parts must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchanges for manufacturer defects are allowed within 90 days of delivery.
  • All other requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis after inspecting the damage to determine liability and replacement availability.

A re-stocking fee of 15% of the original invoice will apply to all return items that are not damaged or shipped incorrectly. All returns and exchanges will be issued as GTI merchandise credit. Credit processing typically occurs within two business days after the returned product is received. However, if the original invoice was not provided, the credit processing may experience significant delays.
